    - HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
    • Production takes around 5 days because our products are custom order products, and  it can take longer in case of popular products, or handmade items.
    •  All orders with standard shipping are usually shipped within 5-15 business days, unless otherwise noted.
    • Orders with Express shipping are usually shipped within 2-5 business days.
    • *For US, delivery to remote territories such as Hawaii or to a P.O. Box can take longer. Please avoid P.O. Box if possible as P.O. Box deliveries may have loose tracking updates.

    • The transit time table above is ONLY a reference for you to estimate the delivery date. We do not guarantee to deliver your order on or before a certain date, nor can we issue a refund due to a delay with the shipment.
    • Also, these transit times do not include Customs clearance processing times, and the updates for the parcels’ status can take time after departure from Korea because of the processing time at Customs of the destination country.
    • Unfortunately, please note that we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by Customs clearance processes, and local duties and taxes.
    • The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable.
    • International customers will be responsible for any fees, duties,  
    •  taxes or any surcharges levied or charged by their country.
    • As customs policies vary widely from case to case for each country, please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.
    • Please understand that it is customer’s responsibility to check the shipping status on the tracking page and to contact the local courier directly in case there are any issues for receiving the items in your country, after the parcel departed from Korea.
    •  WINGBLING does not take any responsibility for the delivery failure due to miscommunication, and any dispute raised after 14 business days has passed from the last shipping status update is not accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

Cancel/Exchange/Refund
  • We are carefully checking quality and inspection the products. however, we are responsible for exchange which defective product.
  • Please let me know when you return the item.

- For Cancellation
  • You may cancel the order through e-mail application before shipment.
  • If you purchase with non-deposit account,you can cancel order in my homepage by yourself before payment.
  • If you'd like to cancel order for your own will after shipment,buyer has to bear the shipping fee back and forth.

- For return and replacement
  • If you need to exchange/return goods,please contact us via email or board for application within 7 business days after arrived the product.
  • Under the condition of inappropriate size,you can exchange when stock is available.
  • Exchange/refund caused by a change of buyer's will,we may charge you handling fee and buyer is responsible for shipping fee back and forth.
  • As soon as your application is confirmed,we will inform you corresponding cost.
  • Seller is responsible for shipping fee if product is not described as advertisement,defective goods,shipped incorrectly item.
※ In addition, exchange/return is carried out as per terms&policy.
- Case of impossible return
  • non-defective, shipped correctly item
  • Doesn’t have any reason for return
  • customer tear off the tag, label and price from the product.
  • All the items must be unworn and in same condition it was received
  • Any scratch and damage by customer
  • Products must be returned in the original box or packing
  • If you have not follow the return schedule
  • For same categories goods,please copy the original item or damaged package

Refunds

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of international shipping, a return or an exchange by change of mind is not accepted.


In case of defective, wrong or missing items, please report within 3 days after you receive your package via EMAIL (info@wingbling.co.kr) to make it a valid request.

Returns attributable to customer (below): We issue a refund excluding the amount for the shipping charges for both ways (original shipping fee x2, or policy shipping fee for the country x2 in case of free shipping). And the refund will be issued after the parcel arrives at Wingbling’s office.

 

- (1) error in address

- (2) error in contact information or could not reach the customer (limited to the relevant services)

- (3) all other returns due to customer’s failure to respond or react on time to the notification from shipping couriers or post office. (this includes “unknown reason”)

If there are any issues for receiving the items or communicating with the local delivery, It is the customer’s responsibility to check the shipping status on the tracking page and to contact the local courier directly. WINGBLING does not take any responsibility for the delivery failure due to miscommunication, and any dispute raised after 14 business days has passed from the last shipping status update is not accepted.

 

Cancellations due to a delay of shipping: Not accepted.

Parcels undelivered due to Customs clearance issues, rejected by customer to avoid tariff or local taxes, seized by Customs, and etc: No refund can be issued. (in case of Customs clearance issues, the parcels are not returned to the sender.)


Parcels lost during transit: We resend the package.

Other

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
